This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients, providers, and team.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Answer phone calls and route them appropriately Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and manage intake paperwork Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support clinical staff with administrative needs Ensure a clean and organized front office environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office or rehabilitation clinic preferred Knowledge of EMR systems Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced setting
