The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office. We can TRAIN the right person. Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
• Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
• Handle patient billing, including collecting payments and issuing receipts
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed
• Assist with medical collections and billing inquiries
• Manage administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry Requirements
• Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Athenahealth, or similar dental software systems
• Experience with insurance verification, Medicare, and ICD-10 coding
• Strong clerical and administrative skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
