What you’ll bring to the table: Proven experience as a medical receptionist is a must , with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in a dermatology setting . A teachable attitude and a willingness to learn our practice’s specific procedures. A friendly and approachable demeanor that puts patients at ease. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional empathic customer service skills , understanding and responding to patient needs with care and compassion. Bilingual skills are a plus!
