Job Summary:
AllerVie Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Medical Front Desk Representative to join our team. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience at our clinic. We’re a growing organization committed to delivering exceptional allergy and immunology care—and we’re looking for team members who share our passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

1890 LPGA Blvd Suite 255, Daytona Beach, FL 32117
Pay Range:
Starting pay is $19 an hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Coordinate patient check-out and schedule follow-up appointments Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner Collect co-pays and payments at the time of service; discuss payment arrangements when necessary Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care initiatives Provide administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the clinic team
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates a customer service mindset. Previous experience in healthcare or medical field is a plus. Experience in a medical customer service role preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills.
