Answer inbound calls in a timely manner Collect copays and balances from patients over the phone Schedule patient appointments HAs knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorizations Respect and maintain the privacy and dignity of all patients, assuring patient confidentiality at all times Participate in staff meetings and training Answer phone calls from patients and outside facilities and send message to appropriate department with complete and accurate information Secure the building at the close of each working day when assigned Open or close front desk when assigned Assist with Reception as needed
