This team serves our patients and visitors as the first point of contact with ENT of Athens, on the phones and in the office. You will learn to function in a variety of front-desk roles–scheduling, check-in, check-out. Come join our team! Qualifications and Requirements Medical office experience of at least 2 years, preferred EMR experience of at least 1 years, preferred Good communication skills, in person and on the phone Strong technology skills and ability to learn technology quickly Minimum typing of 40 words per minute Prompt and reliable customer service experience Dependable and responsible Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
