Maintains and updates schedule of medical service provider’s availability; maintains contact with clients, notifying them of any scheduling changes. Responds to inquiries on policies and procedures and/or refers questioner to correct staff person. Handles any necessary arrangements for client utilization, i.e.. pulling records, determining needs, scheduling pre examination tests, ensuring necessary equipment or supplies are available. Telephone etiquette a must. Salary will be based on experience. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge of Medical Terminology and EMR system a plus. Knowledge of computers and database/word processing software Good communication skills Minimum requirements
