Known for our warm, whimsical atmosphere and outstanding care, we create an exceptional experience for every child and family who walks through our doors. We are currently looking for a polished, detail-oriented Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator to become a vital part of our front office team.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and is skilled in navigating dental insurance. You’ll be responsible for answering calls, assisting parents with scheduling questions, verifying insurance benefits, and helping ensure a smooth financial experience for our families.

Key Responsibilities:

Professionally answer incoming calls and route them appropriately Verify dental insurance benefits prior to scheduled appointments Communicate clearly with parents about insurance coverage, limitations, and out-of-pocket costs Accurately enter insurance information and maintain up-to-date records in our system Support other front office team members as needed to keep operations running smoothly Provide a calm, helpful presence for both new and existing patient families

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of dental front office or insurance coordination experience (pediatric experience a plus) Knowledge of dental insurance plans and claims processing Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset Comfortable navigating dental software (experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, family-focused environment Why Join Children’s Dental Zone?
