ProHealth Integrated Medical is hiring a Bilingual Receptionist & Public Relations Coordinator who will be the welcoming face of our clinic on-site and the enthusiastic voice of our brand in the community! ????

Position:

Bilingual Receptionist / Public Relations & Outreach ????

Location:

Lawrenceville, GA + Local Outreach (Gwinnett County area) ????

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• In-office (Reception & Patient Relations)
• Tuesday, Thursday
• Off-site (Community Outreach & Marketing ✨ In-Office Responsibilities (Mon/Wed/Fri):
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Help Spanish-speaking patients with forms and follow-ups
• Coordinate with PI attorneys and personal injury cases
• Maintain a clean, professional front desk environment ???? Off-Site Responsibilities (Tues/Thurs):
• Visit local attorneys, businesses, and community organizations
• Distribute marketing materials and build relationships
• Represent the clinic at health fairs, events, and community meetups
• Collect leads and schedule consultations or promotional events ✅

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal & written)
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Confident working both independently and with a team
• Outgoing personality
• enjoys meeting new people
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
