Primary Responsibilities:

Support and grow ImageLink’s standard for superior patient service by employing empathy and thoughtful communication with every patient interaction. Check in scheduled patients and ensure all patient paperwork is accurately completed. Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt and professional manner. Confirm scheduled appointments with patients and ensure all documents necessary to complete the patient’s scan (orders, clinical notes, etc.) have been received by ImageLink. Maintain a full and efficient daily patient schedule.

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills. Able to pay attention to details and accurately register/maintain patient information while operating telephone systems. Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is preferred. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
