Endodontic Dental Front Office Coordinator East Atlanta Endodontics and Microsurgery, PC Conyers, GA 30013 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Front Office Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience to join our family The ideal candidate must be able to verify insurance, present treatment plans, and discuss financial obligations. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with doctors and patients about treatment needs. Must be PUNCTUAL, self-motivated, strong customer service skills, goal oriented, a team player, and dependable. Must be willing to travel once a week between our Conyers and Snellville office. If you possess these skills/talents, we are interested to hear from you. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and answering phone calls. Schedule appointments using medical scheduling software, ensuring efficient patient flow. Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Assist with the preparation of care plans and documentation for patient treatments. Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Skills Proficiency in phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills. Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role within a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Ability to work collaboratively with dental professionals and support staff to enhance patient care.
