Job Description
Appointment Scheduler 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars LaGrange, GA 30241 TDI Pain has an immediate opening for a Scheduler. The responsibilities include speaking with patients to set up and confirm appointments, discussing procedure costs, creating payment plans, and balancing reports of the procedure activities. The role requires strong negotiating skills and the ability to solve problems. Exemplary communication and a pleasant presentation are a MUST.
Job Duties:
Maintain meticulous records and create basic reports. Understand basic medical insurance payments and policies. Set up and organize appointments. Work to maintain a full schedule, understanding the dynamics of scheduling fluctuations. Other support activities as needed.

Very strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic while maintaining a high degree of professionalism. Maintains confidentiality and discretion with patient information and data. Strong ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve clinic objectives. Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent organization and collaboration skills. Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and the ability to prioritize workload. Works calmly in high-pressure situations. Learns quickly and uses strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ability to grow and learn new skills. Calendar and scheduling management skills. Highly efficient in Microsoft Office and possess EMR computer skills.
