FULL-TIME
Dental Patient Coordinator position open to qualified applicants. We are a well-established, family-owned , general and multi-specialty dental office. We are NOT owned by a Dental Service Organization (DSO)

We are growing and need a dental patient coordinator to join our talented care team. To support our growth, we’ve invested in a new and modern facility and state-of-the-art technology including CBCT, intraoral scanner, milling equipment, intraoral cameras, digital radiography, electronic charts, and all-new dental equipment. We have multiple dentists at our location including a General Dentist, Endodontist, Periodontist, and Surgeon. We have an amazing team that works well together and loves our patients. We love our patients and our team. Our patients count on us and would count on the Dental Patient Coordinatorto provide gentle, compassionate, and quality service. We are excited for the right Dental Patient Coordinator to join our dental family! The ideal Dental Patient Coordinator candidate should be:

- Both Team Player and Autonomous Experience as a Patient Coordinator is preferred, but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities may include:
- Communicating with patients (in-person, phone, text, email)
- Provide superior customer service
- Communicating well across team to create a seamless patient experience
- Own and fill the Schedule

Treatment Coordination:
communicating importance of dental health, educating, getting patients to say “yes” and schedule
- Collect copays and contribute to a “no surprises” collections and billing process
- Insurance Verification, Breakdowns, Pre-authorizations, Co-Pays
- Insurance payment posting (EFTs, Insurance Checks, Insurance Credit Cards) Working Days Monday
- Friday (8 AM
- 5 PM, on Tuesday we close at 6 PM). We are ideally looking for someone Tuesday
- Friday.
Overtime opportunities if interested
No Weekends Starting Salary :
$20.00
- $29.
00 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications Experience:
Dental Front Desk, 0-3 years (willing to train the right candidate)
Education:
High School or equivalent (Required)
Work Status:
Authorized to work in U.S.
Driver’s License and Transportation:
Must have ability to dependently get to/from work
Languages:
Bi/Multi Lingual a plus (Russian, Spanish, and/or Portuguese in particular)
Technology:
Experience with Eaglesoft (Not Required, but a Plus)
