Schedule:

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2+ years of dental front office experience Background in scheduling, treatment coordination, and insurance billing Knowledge of Dentrix software strongly preferred Excellent multitasking and communication abilities Professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused demeanor Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily patient flow Coordinate specialist referrals and follow-up appointments Answer and direct incoming calls, including new patient inquiries and emergency scheduling Monitor and follow up on unscheduled, ASAP, and pending treatment lists Welcome and check patients in and out with professionalism and care Present treatment plans and explain financial options to patients Submit insurance claims, post payments, and accurately estimate treatment costs Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus 2+ years of dental office experience required Strong proficiency in dental software (Dentrix preferred) Familiarity with CDT codes and dental insurance plans Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills Dependable, proactive, and a strong team player This is a great opportunity for someone with a long-term, career-focused mindset to grow within a practice that truly values professionalism, teamwork, and patient care.
