Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist Beacon Family Dental Brookline Brookline, MA A digital general dental office in Brookline is looking for a front desk receptionist to join our fantastic team. Full time or part time jobs are available. Nice supportive work environment, with highly-competitive pay and benefits. Convenient location (on Green line C-line). Parking spot provided. We expect this candidate to be a multi tasker with a great attitude and excellent customer skills.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice. Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed. Updating patient records and documenting insurance policies. Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing reminders. Collecting patient payments as needed. Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, emailing correspondence and inter office communications. prefer Chinese speaking candidate but not required
