Job Description

Dental Office Front Desk Patient Coordinator Dental Office- Auburn, Maine Auburn, ME 04210 Our growing, fully computerized dental practice in Auburn, Maine, is seeking a bright, outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills to join our business office team full-time.

Minimum Requirements:

1+ year of dental front office experience EagleSoft knowledge preferred Warm, welcoming demeanor to make patients feel cared for Strong multitasking, professional phone etiquette, and computer skills Sense of humor Willingness to learn and perform dental assisting tasks (training provided if needed) Dental assisting experience with a Maine radiology license is a major plus

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and greet patients Post patient procedures Schedule appointments Collect and enter payments Verify insurance eligibility Handle insurance company issues Demonstrate familiarity with dental treatment plans

Manage business aspects of the practice with precision and minimal errors Keep the doctor productive and the practice profitable Excel at working with both people and numbers

Schedule & Compensation:

Regular hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Competitive hourly wage: $18-$22.00, based on experience and dental assisting skills Benefits included.
