Our office is where each team member can grow in their knowledge and skill, all while having fun and creating a respectful and well-balanced environment. We are looking seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our team. This position requires strong multi-tasking capabilities, communication skills, initiative, and a professional appearance. The candidate needs to be reliable, adaptable, respectable, and detail-oriented. We are willing to train the right candidate; however, previous experience in the dental field is preferred. The job hours are Monday-Thursday. Pay is decided by experience. Office hours are Monday- Thursday, 7:30a-4:30p. Important Qualifications include:

Experience in the Dental field Understand the general workflow for a dental office Experience with Dentrix, VixWin, Yapi Must be able to problem- solve, have basic insurance knowledge and be a motivated team player Job skills but not limited to: Greet patients, checking patients in and out Answer phone calls/ voicemails/text messages/emails Schedule appointments Insurance Verifications and breakdowns Post Payments Enter/update patient electronic records Update health history Prepare patients for treatment Strong communication skills Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care Keeping a clean area
