Front Desk Treatment Coordinator Dental Office Midcoast Family Dentistry 625 Rockland Street, Rockport, ME 04856 Front Office Coordinator Are you a friendly, organized professional with a passion for excellent customer service? We’re seeking a motivated front office team member to be the welcoming face of our dental practice. We are a well-established, fast-growing office looking for a compassionate, self-motivated individual who is committed to providing excellent care. Our practice features a beautifully maintained, modern office, a wonderful patient population, an enthusiastic and courteous team, and a sincerely appreciative dentist dedicated to the highest quality care.
What We Offer:
A supportive and friendly work environment High compensation and benefits package $25 per hour (plus benefits) $28 per hour (plus benefits) if you are a trained dental assistant willing to primarily work at the front desk and cover for our head dental assistant during time off. What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist patients with warmth and efficiency Answer phone calls, confirm appointments, and handle patient inquiries Coordinate with dental insurance providers Manage and optimize the appointment schedule Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans Ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for every visitor
