Are you a team player that’s detail oriented, dependable, honest and trustworthy with a bubbly personality? Then this position may be for you. We are a fun office with a 4 day work week. If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet patients with a smile as well as manage all front office duties. Schedule and confirm appointments. Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing patient inquiries and concerns. Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Assist in managing office inventory and supplies as needed. Qualifications Dental office experience required, Dentrix experience a plus Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. Proficient in office management tasks, including filing and data entry. Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tasks. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
