Medical Receptionist The Women’s Clinic at the Grove Southaven, MS 38672 North Mississippi Gynecological practice is looking for a seasoned Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. We were voted Desoto county’s best OB/GYN clinic for 4 years in a row, so our expectations are high for this position. Applicants must have experience working in a medical clinic, preferably in women’s health. Must have an outgoing personality and demonstrate professionalism in person and on the phone.

Duties include:

greeting patients as they arrive in the clinic, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and other duties as assigned. We look forward to meeting you. •Pay commensurate with Experience.•Summary As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your core skills in cash handling, communication, and retail sales will be essential as you manage transactions and assist customers with inquiries. With premium skills in POS systems and phone etiquette, you will efficiently handle appointments and provide information about our services. Additionally, your experience in a clinic setting will enhance your ability to support our team and contribute to a positive client experience in a fast-paced environment.
