Front Desk Clerk/Receptionist – Dental Sparkling Smiles Pediatric Dentistry 949 Broadway Drive, Hattiesburg, MS 39401 Our Pediatric Dental office is looking for an dependable, energetic, personable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to manage all front desk duties.

These duties include:

including answering phones, checking office email, scheduling appointments, communicating with patients and insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients as they enter the office to create a great first impression of our team Verify insurance for active coverage, history and current max available. Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephones Check email and voicemail Confirm all new patient paperwork has been completed online or in office. Check-out patients, this includes collecting co-pay and scheduling next-appointment. Keep the front desk and reception areas clean and organized restock the patient restroom with supplies and empty the trash. Keep the staff and doctors informed of any scheduling concerns. Scan lab slips and referrals. Maintains patient confidentiality and takes every precaution to secure electronic Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. Other related duties as assigned.
