Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Procedure Assistantto join our healthcare team. Employee will travel among our 3locations: Hattiesburg, D’Iberville, and Meridian as neededassisting providers in procedures. A travel allowance IS provided.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patientcare and medical terminology, with experience in assisting withSclerotherapy and laser treatments in a medical-surgicalenvironment is a plus.

Duties

• Set up and assist provider duringSclerotherapy and Vein Laser Treatments.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate withhealthcare professionals and document patient informationaccurately.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of medical equipmentand supplies.
• Room patients and prep patients for procedures.
• Communicate pre and post procedure care instructions clearly topatients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering toclinic protocols.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, including schedulingappointments and managing patient records.

Experience:

MUST HAVE ATLEAST 1 YEAR

medical assisting experience in a procedure-basedcapacity.

MUST KNOW STERILE PROCEDURE

• Familiarity with medical administrative support functions will bebeneficial.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attentionto detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, arenecessary for successful interactions with patients andstaff.

Compensation:

Work in office environment with PTO, PaidHolidays, Health Insurance Package, and 401K Options Hourly range $17

• 19 based on experience, certifications,education, etc.
