Dental Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and must be able to manage a variety of administrative responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming demeanor are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule appointments and make confirmation calls
Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits prior to patient appointments
Accurately input and update patient information in the system
Collect co-pays and handle payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Manage patient check-out process and schedule follow-up visits
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, insurance, and treatment plans
Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and communication
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
