Beanstalk Pediatrics is a dedicated pediatric medical practice committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care to children and their families. We are looking for a friendly and organized Pediatric Medical Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our clinic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate follow-ups
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
• Verify insurance information and process patient billing
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining a tidy reception area
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Communicate with the billing team for claim submission and follow-up

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or medical office training preferred)
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist, preferably in a pediatric setting with billing knowledge
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly, patient, and child-friendly demeanor
