In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical or dental reception, with familiarity in relevant software and terminology. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism. Maintain patient records accurately using Dentrix or eClinicalWorks software. Assist with medical billing processes and ensure proper documentation of care plans. Provide administrative support to the healthcare team as needed. Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance patient experience. Requirements Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or Dental Receptionist is preferred. Familiarity with medical billing procedures and dental terminology is a plus. Proficient in using practice management software such as Dentrix or eClinicalWorks. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is an advantage.
