Developing a

New Heart Failure Program Schedule:

PRN , 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am

PRN Requirements:

Must work a minimum of four, 12 hour shifts in a 6 week period

Forsyth Medical Center – Winston-Salem, NC 6 General is a 39-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit specializing in patients with heart failure, and also NSTEMI, pre & post cardiac cath lab, electrophysiology, dysrythmia management, and transfers from Critical Care. Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or GED, required.

Experience:

One year of experience in healthcare, preferred.

Licensure/certification/registration:

NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
Additional skills preferred: Experience with answering multiple phone lines. Basic computer skills. Excellent customer service behaviors. Job Opening ID 82099
