Eagle Physicians offers structured bonuses for all support staff hired as a .50 FTE or higher on or after April 1, 2024. Enjoy bonuses of $750 at 6 months, $750 at 12 months, $1,000 at 18 months, and $1,000 at 24 months of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedules, coordinates and reschedules patients appointments. Relays necessary messages to staff. Asks pertinent questions in order to determine type and length of appointment. Greets and registers patients in a prompt, pleasant and helpful manner. Verifies necessary information and records in the computer. Maintains and updates current information on physician’s schedules. Courteously answers telephone within 2 to 3 rings and identifies self in a clear and concise manner, screens calls, takes messages, and provides information. Calls to confirm appointments for the next day. Schedules any outpatient appointments and testing. Attends meetings as required. Follows HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality and maintains security of Protected Health Information (PHI). Does not exhibit, divulge, copy or remove the contents of any record or report except to fulfill work assignments. Upholds and exemplifies through daily actions, activities and behaviors
