Moubry, DDS, P.A. is looking for a Full-time , Monday through Friday , Patient care coordinator to join our team in our Southern Pines, NC location. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients and visitors to the clinic. You will answer incoming calls and schedule appointments, monitor patient insurance status, and manage insurance authorizations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks requiring attention to detail, flexibility, and prioritizing
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
Job Duties:
- Greeting patients and visitors to the clinic
- Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
- Managing patient insurance status.
- Creating new patient profiles via the clinic’s electronic medical records system.
- Performing data entry into the EMR system.
- Performing various administrative tasks in support of the clinic’s operations.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 – $25.00 per hour
