Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner Schedule & Register new patients, answer incoming calls, direct calls to personnel Collect payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate financial records Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area and waiting room.
CROSS TRAIN
as clinical assistant after learning admin duties. A raise will follow successful crosstraining. Must be able to cover Wake Forest office on occasion, possibly
Thursdays Requirements :
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate customer service. Proficient in using computer software Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification processes
