Paid Holidays Uniform Stipend Core Qualification:
Minimum of 1 year dental front office experience Prior knowledge of dental software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training
Your Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction :
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the office.
Excellent phone skills, assist patients during check-in and check-out, ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Appointment Management :
Schedule and manage patient appointments with accuracy and care.
Insurance Verification :
Verify insurance information and assist with billing to maintain efficiency.
Office Environment :

Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 4:30PM, Thursday and Fridays are admin only days and optional for additional hours
