The front desk staff is the face and heart of our practice, the first voice a patient hears, the first face they see, and the embodiment of our appreciation and care for our patients. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with care. Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately. Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure that every patient has an excellent experience with our practice. Keep the front desk area organized and presentable at all times. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care. Requirements A minimum 3 YEARS previous experience as a medical receptionist. Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new medical software. A minimum of an Associate’s degree. Exceptional customer service skills, with an appreciation that our patients are our greatest asset. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A desire to work as a team with co-workers for the benefit of our patients and staff. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual with medical office experience to join a team of professionals who work together and love their jobs. Prior management, aesthetic industry, or hospitality experience are a plus.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$19.00 – $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
