Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing outstanding customer service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the efficient flow of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage patient inquiries. Verify patient information and insurance details accurately. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping. Collaborate with medical staff and support their administrative needs. Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations. Provide support for billing and insurance claim processing. Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of medical software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively. Compassion and empathy for patients dealing with health issues.
