The ideal candidate is a quick learner, multi-tasker, and is a self-motivated team player who has excellent customer service skills. This individual will be responsible for medical records, checking patients in and out, obtaining paperwork and insurance information, scheduling appointments, referring patients to other facilities, and answering a multi-line phone system, along with other assigned tasks/duties. Qualifications
- Medical office experience, including working with Allscripts and Phreesia systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
- Proficiency in computer skills, including EMR and EHR systems
- Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
