• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical or dental office settings and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars
• Answer phone calls, provide information, and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
• Maintain patient records and input data accurately into electronic health records system
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Ensure waiting areas are clean and tidy
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role
• Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and insurance practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients and staff
• Knowledge of urgent care procedures is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
