NH Job Corps is seeking a qualified individual who is a passionate advocate for our students. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting student health and wellness by assisting with appointment scheduling, measuring/monitoring vital signs, recording patient history, performing basic lab tests, collecting lab specimens and other authorized medical tasks as requested and reaching out to students to ensure they receive the care they need. We currently have an exciting opening for a Medical Clerk in Manchester. In this position, you will provide administrative and clinical services for the Wellness Department. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information, compliance with HIPAA laws, and working with electronic medical records to maintain their security.

Responsibilities Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accurate medical records. Handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments using multi-line phone systems. Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive patient information.
