Hospitality Receptionist The One Hundred Club 100 Market Street, Portsmouth, NH 03801 Job Summary As the Receptionist at the 100 Club, you will be the face of the club, providing a warm and professional welcome to our members and their guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations while ensuring an exceptional experience for everyone who enters our doors. Duties Greet and check in members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage reservations with exceptional attention to detail. Maintain an organized and efficient front desk environment, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and special arrangements, coordinating with staff as necessary to ensure high levels of service. Maintain membership records, manage reservations, and update club schedules as required. Support club events and special functions, assisting with guest registration and any other needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Open Table is a plus). Provide general administrative support as needed (e.g., proofreading correspondence, inventory management and ordering Skills Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or private club setting is a plus, but not required. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. A warm, approachable, and professional demeanor with a strong focus on providing outstanding guest service. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a professional environment.
