The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the front desk area and ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling, check-in, check-out, and patient inquiries
• Maintain electronic health records using dentrix ascend.
• Handle medical and dental billing, insurance verification, and collection processes
• Keep the front desk area organized and well-maintained Skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with dental and oral surgical billing processes and insurance verification
• Previous experience with computerized scheduling systems
• Experience working in a dental office or medical collection environment
