Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry is a state-of-the-art pediatric dental office located in the heart of Millburn, NJ – conveniently located off of Rt-78 and accessible from the train station! We are looking to expand our dental family and are in search of a positive team-player eager to learn and grow with our office. We are looking for someone that will be AWESOME on the phone and provide the BEST customer care to each and every one of our patients and families. We want that “right person” to grow with our team, enjoy their time at work, be challenged with what they do, and make a difference in the lives of our patients. We are looking for candidates who think long term and are COMMITTED, responsible, organized, and punctual with the daily tasks. If you consider yourself detail-oriented, empathetic, a team player, and kind – we want to hear from you! Previous dental and insurance experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients in person, by telephone, and on email. Consult with patients on their dental insurance and financial options. Book examination appointments and schedule future appointments. Create a pleasant atmosphere in the reception area. Communicate with insurance companies and the dental office staff.
