Orthodontics Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. Work experience in an orthodontics office is a MUST!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients to the dental office with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits using OpenDental
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
• Possible insurance contacts (We will train you if needed)
