Knowledge of computers, multitasking and good communication is a must. Valid Work Visa, Green Card Holder, US Citizen is required. Experience in Medical office is preferred. Roles & Responsibilities – Greet and Register patient in, Check Insurance, Collect Copay, and check out patients with required documents and referrals. Schedule appointment, Answer incoming calls and deal with their inquiries. Update system with the required information accurately. Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments and inform about test results. Ensure reception is well maintained and clean. Should be able to communicate in English fluently
