Medical Receptionist Advanced Eye MDs, PC Branchburg, NJ 08876 FT/PT Medical Receptionist . Busy independent Ophthalmology Practice is seeking an experienced, friendly Medical Receptionist. We are looking for that special person who truly enjoys interacting with patients. Our optical features a large selection of frames, as well as a state-of-the-art lab. Excellence in patient care is our top priority.

Responsibilities include:

Schedule appointments Register and check-out patients Collect co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles Enter demographic data into EMR Verify insurance coverage and benefits Verify vision insurance benefits & send claims Process contact lens supply orders Perform diagnostic tests (VF & OCT) Candidate should possess strong customer service skills, be professional and organized. Ability to multitask required. Must know MS Office, Availity, Trizetto and be able to use an EMR. Come grow your skills while assisting our loyal community of customers.
