Looking for, long term staff with experience. You must have experience and have worked in a dental office before. Your responsible for greeting patients as they arrive. You must know how to check patient insurances and check eligibility. Scheduling the patient’s next appointment before they leave the clinic and other duties and responsibilities include: Update and maintain client’s dental records Schedule patient appointments Take billing and insurance details from patients Maintain patient files and charts Know how to work with Dentrix and Dexis.
