JOB DESCRIPTION

Chiropractic office seeking an energetic, organized, confident, self-motivated receptionist with excellent communication skills. Our goal is to find someone who can continue to help our team improve our patients’ experience and office efficiency. This person must be detailed-oriented, skilled in math, excited to work, have a professional appearance, demonstrate an interest in health and wellness, be punctual, and willing to learn as well as educate. Qualified candidates will possess proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Suite) and advanced troubleshooting/problem-solving skills. Other qualifications may include previous chiropractic/medical office experience, understanding of insurance claims and coding, and office coordination. Duties include but are not limited to: answering and returning phone calls, use of EHR system, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, accepting and entering payments, managing office paperwork, and general office maintenance and cleaning.
