Braces of Greece is seeking a Front desk/ scheduling coordinator to join our team. Dental office experience required. Knowledge of Dolphin Software is a plus. Fulltime position (30 hours/4 days) with hours Mon 7:30am-4:00pm, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday’s 7:30am-4:00pm. Candidate must be dependable and reliable. Action-oriented and taking initiative, being adaptive and flexible in a changing environment. Must have excellent communication & customer service skills, be professional, friendly, and able to problem solve & multi-task in a fast-paced office. Professional manner and appearance at all times. Job duties include greeting patients, verifying & updating patient info and insurance, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, collecting & posting payments, submitting insurance claims, discussing insurance benefits & financial options w/ patients, responsible for day-to-day collections and account audits.
