The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out. Verify insurance information and collect co-pays/balances. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous medical reception experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficient in computer skills and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
