The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.+ Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out.+ Verify insurance information and collect co-pays/balances.+ Maintain accurate patient records and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.+ Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

QUALIFICATIONS

+ High school diploma or equivalent.+ Bilingual English/Spanish+ Previous medical reception experience preferred.+ Strong customer service and communication skills.+ Proficient in computer skills and electronic health record (EHR) systems.+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
