Dental Receptionist Sea Breeze Dental Brooklyn, NY 11235 Overview Brooklyn Dental office Ocean Parkway area is looking for experienced front desk person that knows dental insurance and dental terminology. Must speak Russian. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out processes. Schedule appointments and manage the dental calendar efficiently. Handle phone inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing patient concerns. Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations. Process medical collections and manage billing inquiries. Utilize dental software systems such as , Open Dental for patient management. Assist with coding for insurance claims as needed. Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a dental or medical front desk role is preferred. Proficiency in dental software systems (Dentrix, Meditech, Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks) is a plus. Strong understanding of medical collection processes and coding practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with phone systems and office procedures related to patient management. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
