AT MANHATTAN UPPER EAST SIDE DERMATOLOGY PRACTICE

Base Salary is $55K to $70K (based upon experience and candidate); Doctor to the Stars Great Fully Paid Health and Dental Benefits; and 401K Matching Upper East Side Location | Incredible Boss Top, VIP, Upper East Side Manhattan Boutique Dermatology Practice is looking for a Receptionist to join its Team. This is a lovely and wonderful office in which to work. Will consider a Recent College Graduate who can give a One to Two (1-2) year work commitment before going on to Medical School or Other Similar Graduate Level Degree. This is an excellent job for an individual wanting exposure to the medical field. You must be able to deal with a very high net worth clientele. Interest in medical or experience in a medical environment highly preferred . Past employees have gone on to medical/nursing/etc. with Doctor’s recommendation. Hours are Mon-Thu; 8:45am-6pm; and Fri; 8:45am-5pm. Punctuality is a MUST!

EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND / DUTIES

Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum One (1) year of Relevant Experience with Dermatology or Plastic Surgery a decided PLUS Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required Demonstrated customer service and strong organizational skills Heavy telephone work, scheduling, faxing, filing, scanning, singing for packages. etc. Polished, well spoken, presentable and able to work in a fast-paced environment EMR (electronic medical record) experience is a plus, but not required
