The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our medical office, handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally as they arrive at the medical office. Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing patients to appropriate personnel. Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently. Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting necessary information and payments. Assist with insurance verifications and authorizations.
