Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Precision Rehab Occupational, Physical and Hand therapy P.L.L.C Fresh Meadows, NY 11366 We are currently hiring for a Full-time Front Desk Receptionist for a busy Physical/ Occupational Therapy office in Fresh Meadows. We are looking for a team player who has the ability to multi-task, has great communications skills & great work ethic. Job requirements include but are not limited to: Answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying insurances, scanning documents into EMR (WebPT) system, requesting authorizations, medical records. Skilled in use of basic equipment such as phone, fax, scanners etc. Previous medical office experience preferred. We are currently looking for a teammate to cover the following days & times. Monday- Friday from 12pm-8pm AND Coverage on weekends and morning shift (when needed) Training will be provided.

Pay:

$17.00 – $18.00 per hour (Salary is based on experience) Qualifications Medical office experience Computer skills Patient service Clerical experience Front desk operations Knowledge of medical records management Familiarity with medical administrative support Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite •
